Tech N9ne is undoubtedly one of the hardest working emcees in the industry. On top of that, being the number one independent rapper in the nation with all releases coming straight out of his own Strange Music label, he may just in fact be one of the best paid emcees in all of rap.
I had a chance to sit down and listen to his latest release, Sickology 101, which is the second album in his “Collabos” series and a prequel to the upcoming K.O.D. record dropping this Halloween. The album guest features Crooked I, Krayzie Bone, Chino XL, and many sick artists from his own label. All I can say is dope, dope, dope!!
However, “Blown Away” was definitely one of the most interesting tracks on the album. Listen carefully as Nina speaks on two separate incidents involving Keyshia Cole and Rakim which both took place at a concert.
